A small practice, on purpose.
MyGrowth24 is run by Jacoub Amcho from Bochum. Small enough that you always speak to the person doing the work, set up so that the work can be checked.

Why the reporting comes first
Most companies that have worked with an agency before describe the same experience: money went out, a dashboard existed somewhere, and nobody could say which part of it produced customers. The work might even have been good. It just could not be checked.
So that is where we start. Before a campaign runs, we agree what we are counting and how it will be measured. Tracking gets fixed first, even when that is the unglamorous part. From then on the same figures appear in the same place every month, and the agency fee is always listed separately from the media budget.
What that means in practice
Scopes are written down before work starts, including what is not included. If a channel is not worth your budget, you will hear that rather than a proposal to run it anyway. If a month goes badly, it is in the report with the reason, not smoothed over on the next call.
Your accounts, your tracking and your creative files stay in your ownership throughout. Nothing runs through an agency account that you cannot access, and nothing has to be untangled if you decide to take the work in-house later.
Who this fits
Founders and small teams spending somewhere between a few hundred and a few thousand euros a month on marketing, who want a senior person on it rather than a large team at arm's length. If you need a broadcast campaign or an in-house department of fifteen, we are honestly not the right call, and will say so on the first one.
