Paid advertising
Monthly retainer
We plan, launch and keep optimising campaigns on the channels where your buyers already are. Tracking gets set up first, so the numbers in the report mean something.
We run paid advertising, content and brand work for startups and small companies. Every month you get a report that shows what the budget did — in numbers you can check yourself.
Based in Bochum, working with founders across Germany and the EU. One senior contact from the first call to the monthly review.
Take one of them or the whole funnel. Either way the work is scoped in writing before it starts, so you know what you are paying for.

Monthly retainer
An editorial plan you can see a month ahead, then the posts, ad creatives and copy to fill it. Written for the channel it runs on, not copy-pasted across all of them.
Fixed-scope project
Positioning, logo, colours, type and the rules for using them. You get editable source files and a guideline document, so your next designer is not starting from nothing.
Project, or the first month of a retainer
Before anyone spends money: who you are selling to, what a customer is worth, which channels can realistically reach them, and how we will know it worked.
Nothing here is a surprise. This is the same sequence for every account, so you can tell early whether it is working.
Week 1
We go through your analytics, past campaigns and sales numbers, then agree what a good month actually looks like.
Weeks 2–4
Tracking, creative and the first campaigns go live. Small budgets first, to find out what the market responds to.
Month 2
Enough data to see what works. We cut what does not and move that budget to what does.
Month 3 onward
One report on the 1st, one call to walk through it. Then the next month's plan, in writing.
We track what a campaign costs and what it brings back. When something does not earn its budget, we say so and stop it.
The person who plans your account is the person who runs it. Nothing gets handed to someone you have never spoken to.
Plain language, the same figures every month, and the media budget shown separately from our fee.
Small tests, quick answers, weekly adjustments. You should never wait a quarter to find out something is not working.
It depends on scope and on how much you spend on media. After the first call you get a written proposal with a fixed monthly fee, listed separately from the ad budget, so you can see exactly what the agency costs.
Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn. Which ones we recommend depends on who buys from you and what a customer is worth — not on which platform is currently fashionable.
Tracking is in place in week one and the first campaigns run from week two. A reliable read on performance usually takes four to six weeks, because before that you are looking at noise rather than a trend.
Yes. We often run the paid side while an internal team handles content, or the other way round. We will tell you plainly where you do not need us.
The person you speak to on the first call. For specialist pieces such as video editing or development we bring in people we have worked with before, and you will know who they are.
Your ad accounts, tracking and creative files stay yours and stay in your ownership throughout. Notice periods are set out in the proposal before you sign anything.
A first call takes about 30 minutes. You describe the goal and the budget, we say honestly whether we are the right people for it.
